Established in 2008, Ma'an Development Company (MDC) is a private shareholding company jointly owned by South Amman Development and Investment Company — wholly owned by the King Abdullah II Fund for Development — the Jordan Industrial Estates Company, and Al-Hussein Bin Talal University. MDC serves as the master developer of the Ma'an Development Area.
